  • Step 1 – Apply
Email info@powerhousepilates.org with a brief introduction, your training background, and availability.

    Step 2 – In-Studio Audition (45–60 minutes)
    You’ll teach:

A full Classical Intermediate Reformer (in order)
    • Selected Mat and auxiliary apparatus work

During the audition, we’re looking to see:

    • A clear understanding of classical order and sequence
    • The ability to break down complex exercises into teachable skills
    • How you support a client who is struggling
    • How you use the apparatus to assist, stabilize, or appropriately challenge
    • Strong attention to safety
    • Clear verbal and/or tactile cueing
    • An understanding of how to guide a client’s long-term progression

  • Powerhouse is a relationship-driven studio built on care, trust, and referrals.

Our growth has come from long-standing client relationships and consistent, thoughtful work — not high turnover.

Teachers support one another, share knowledge, and are encouraged to build steady clientele that fits their schedule.

The studio environment is calm, focused, and thoughtfully run — designed for meaningful work and sustainable careers.
