meet Ania
Ania is a nationally certified Pilates instructor (NCPT) with a classical foundation rooted in the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska, a direct protégé of Joseph Pilates. She completed a 450-hour comprehensive program through Pilates Technique in 2009.
In 2026, she completed an additional 450-hour certification through the Polestar Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training and Rehabilitation program, adding a contemporary, research-informed approach to her classical foundation.
In 2011, she earned her 200-hour RYS Sivananda Yoga certification in India.
She has since taught Pilates internationally and brings over 17 years of experience across a range of environments, including physical therapy settings. Ania has supported a wide range of clients, from injury recovery and pre/post-natal care to individuals with osteopenia/osteoporosis, older adults, and those looking to build strength, improve mobility, and deepen awareness in their body.
Known for her eye for detail and encouraging approach, she tailors each session to her clients’ needs, supporting strength, body awareness, and confidence alongside individual fitness and wellness goals. Body assessments are available to deepen understanding of posture, alignment, and movement patterns.
At the heart of her teaching is the belief that movement is a practice of self-knowledge. Pilates, approached with intention and awareness, becomes a way of learning to listen to the body, restoring balance, refining alignment, and building strength and confidence from the inside out.
Dedicated to ongoing education and her own movement practice, she creates challenging, enjoyable sessions that deliver long-term results.
