Small group classes. big results. real change

Our classes

  • This is our signature class which is firmly rooted in the traditional sequence created by Joseph Pilates. Expect a full-body and a deliciously invigorating workout that goes beyond surface-level muscles.

While this is an intermediate level class, the focus is on doing the basics exceptionally well—because in Pilates, the fundamentals are the hard (but transformative) work. So rather than increasing reps, chasing muscle fatigue, or layering on unnecessary complexity, this class emphasizes optimizing your alignment and movement mechanics, strengthening muscles through their full range of motion, and activating deep stabilizing core muscles.

You’ll also refine your form in a way that’s rarely possible in larger group settings. With our small class size, our instructors can personalize the work to meet your needs—so you get the most out of each exercise and build a deeper understanding of your body.

The result is strength that’s functional, sustainable, and transformative—the kind that improves how you feel and move in everyday life.

Level: Intermediate; for beginners, we recommend 3 Privates before joining class

    Duration: 50 mins

  • This unique class blends two powerful pieces of Pilates equipment for a full-body experience you won’t find in most studios. On the Reformer, you’ll work on alignment, form, and precision—strengthening and challenging the entire body through controlled, resistance-based movement. It’s a complete and full body workout that helps align the spine, stabilize the joints, and lengthen the muscles. When performed with proper guidance, the result is integrated movement where every action is initiated from and connects to your powerhouse or your core.

Then, shift to the Tower for a deeper layer of work. The Tower’s spring-based system allows for dynamic movement that tones and lengthens muscles, improves spinal mobility, and opens up areas of tightness. It’s a versatile tool that helps build strength in new ways while creating space and freedom in the body.

You’ll leave class feeling stronger, taller, and more connected—like you’ve just been given a whole new body.

  • Mat Pilates is the heart of the Pilates method, where the foundation for all apparatus work is laid. And at our fully equipped studio, everything we do supports it: The exercises on the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, and other apparatus are all thoughtfully designed to help you perform the matwork with greater strength, control, and precision.

In this full-body workout, we stretch and strengthen muscles from head to toe, moving the spine through all planes to help you feel taller, more open, and truly energized. As Joseph Pilates said, “You are only as young as your spine is flexible.”

Props such as the magic circle, light weights (1–3 lbs), bands, and foam rollers are sometimes used to help activate your deep core muscles and enhance your practice.

This class is great for beginners, featuring a short pre-Pilates routine at the start to fire up and engage your core, setting you up for success whether you’re new or advanced. Based on the classical, traditional order of exercises, the class is thoughtfully paced and fully modifiable to meet individual needs.
