WHY A BEGINNER COURSE?
Structured Step-by-Step Program
A progressive course that builds week after week through purposeful repetition—so skills stick and results last.
Measurable Progress
Each week builds intentionally on the last, with thoughtful progressions tailored to your needs and abilities
Calm, Focused Learning
No fast-paced routines or confusing choreography. Learn at a pace your body and nervous system can absorb
Master the Foundations first
Doing the basics well and consistently over complex exercises is key to building long-term functional strength and mobility
Small Group, Personalized Guidance
So that you never feel lost or out of place. Small groups allow real-time feedback that large, one-size-fits-all classes can’t offer
Supportive Instructors
Our instructors track your progress week to week—so you’re supported and always moving forward at the right pace

Focus is on short-term experience
A Smarter Way to Start
Private training or small group training for valuable instructor feedback
A course designed for beginners set in a calm, focused learning environment
Learn Pilates step-by-step with clear instruction
Structured progressions and intentional repetition week after week
Clients learn the exercises and sequence and eventually become independent movers

FAQs
-
Large group drop-ins can be fun and energetic, but for beginners they often:
Move too quickly for you to learn the fundamentals
Mix people of all levels, which means exercises are rarely tailored to your needs
Offer little personal feedback or correction since instructors can’t give every individual adequate attention
Jump between exercises with no long term plan, so progress feels inconsistent
Leave you wondering if you’re “doing it right”
Our Beginner Course is different by design. You achieve better and measurable results through a structured step by step plan, layered progressions, structured repetition, personalized attention, small groups, and a system that tracks your progress every week.

We understand life happens. If you need to miss a class, we’ll do our best to help you make it up within the same series, so you stay on track with your group.
-
No. Most clients start with the 5-Week Beginner course and decide afterward if they want to continue, though most feel strong enough to move to the next phase!
-
You’ll have the option to continue in the Progressions Phase to build on your foundation (if your instructor think you’re ready).
