5 Week Beginner Course
Start your Pilates journey with a clear, structured foundation. Learn the fundamentals in a small-group, supportive environment that helps you build strength, confidence, and meaningful progress.
A step-by-step structured program that builds week after week through purposeful repetition and progressive layering—helping you retain skills faster and create lasting results.
Personalized guidance in a small group setting, so that you don’t ever feel lost or out of place, which can happen in large one-size-fits-all group classes
Mastery of the foundations. Doing the basics well and consistently over complex exercises is key to building long-term functional strength and mobility
Measurable progress. Each week builds on the last with intentional structure and thoughtfully designed progressions appropriate to your needs.
Calm and Focus. No fast-paced routines with unfamiliar movements. Learn at a pace that your body and mind can absorb, so that you take these skills with you outside of the studio.
A newfound confidence and love for movement—when your body learns to move with proper support through foundational Pilates skills, your nervous system relaxes, movement feels good again, and transformation unfolds.
Supportive community. Work with instructors who can offer real time feedback and adjustments that are appropriate for your needs. Our instructors use a progress tracking system to monitor your progress week after week, so they are invested in your growth and ensure that you are always moving forward and at a pace that is right for you

FAQs
-
Large group drop-ins can be fun and energetic, but for beginners they often:
Move too quickly for you to learn the fundamentals
Mix people of all levels, which means exercises are rarely tailored to your needs
Offer little personal feedback or correction since instructors can’t give every individual adequate attention
Jump between exercises with no long term plan, so progress feels inconsistent
Leave you wondering if you’re “doing it right”
Our Beginner Course is different by design. You achieve better and measurable results through a structured step by step plan, layered progressions, structured repetition, personalized attention, small groups, and a system that tracks your progress every week.

-
We understand life happens. If you need to miss a class, we’ll do our best to help you make it up within the same series, so you stay on track with your group.
-
No. Most clients start with the 5-Week Beginner course and decide afterward if they want to continue, though most feel strong enough to move to the next phase!

You’ll have the option to continue in the Progressions Phase to build on your foundation (if your instructor think you’re ready).
